You’ll experience a combination of:
Neuromyofascial Soft-Stretch Therapy — gentle techniques to release tension in connective tissue and support mobility and comfort.
Therapeutic Manual Lymphatic Drainage — an exceptionally light-touch technique that supports healthy lymphatic flow and may be used for recovery, swelling, and post-procedure care.
Craniosacral & Vagal Nerve Techniques — calming techniques that encourage relaxation and support nervous system regulation.
Infrared Light Therapy — supports circulation, relaxation, and recovery while helping reduce feelings of muscle soreness.
All techniques are extremely gentle, non-aggressive, and pain-free, allowing you to fully relax while your body receives supportive care.

MLD gently stimulates the lymph nodes and increases rhythmic contractions so that stagnant lymphatic fluid can be processed and eliminated. This is an extremely light and gentle, therapeutic treatment. This can be a stand-alone treatment, but it is highly recommended to book an integrated session. ALL modalities work together to heal and balance the body.

Craniosacral therapy can promote ease and tension, mute or reduce chronic pain, improve sleep quality, release trauma stored in tissues, help energy move and flow through the body, restore balance and equilibrium, improve energy quality, promote healing and renewal, aid in digestion, supports emotional well-being. It is highly recommended to book an integrated session.
